You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone

Here, you can be seen, understood and supported as you discover a way of being that feels authentic and aligned.

I offer a safe, warm and private space where you can be yourself. I don’t see myself as the expert on your life, you are. I believe you already carry the wisdom to heal and grow and my role is to support you as you make sense of your experiences, reconnect with yourself and discover what feels right for you.

For me, therapy isn’t about becoming who you think you “should” be. It’s about discovering who you truly are. Being witnessed, accepted and related to as yourself can be freeing, healing and transformative.

My Specialism

I specialise in trauma-informed care and practice, supporting people to understand how trauma shows up in the body, mind and spirit. Trauma often leaves traces in our nervous system, tension, overwhelm, anxiety and disconnection, long after the event itself is over. Together, we notice these patterns and help your body and mind find balance, regulation and a sense of safety.

Healing isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong” with you. It’s about recognising how you’ve survived, reclaiming hidden parts of yourself and learning ways to relate to yourself and the world that feel safe, grounded and authentic.

Trauma rarely exists in isolation. It intersects with identity, culture, family and wider social systems. Understanding these connections brings clarity and compassion, helping you navigate life more fully in body, mind and spirit.

Who I Work With

I work with people who feel caught and torn between who they’ve been told to be and who they truly are. Many are navigating trauma, loss, identity struggles, the pressures of family, culture, tradition and society. Some are exploring self-worth, belonging and the courage to live authentically.

I welcome:
LGBTQIA+ individuals – a space for self-expression and belonging, free from judgment.
People from diverse cultural backgrounds – counselling that honours how culture, identity and community shape our experiences.
People of South Asian heritage – understanding the nuances of family, tradition, expectation and how they can affect your sense of self.

My Journey

Working with trauma, identity and life transitions has taught me that growth often comes in small, quiet ways. It’s about reclaiming hidden parts of yourself, trusting your own inner wisdom and discovering what it feels like to live in alignment with who you truly are.

Through my personal and practice experience, I’ve learned how healing grows in safe, supportive and relational spaces. I aim to offer presence, care and understanding, helping you feel seen, understood and safe.

My Approach

I create a safe, non-judgemental space where you can be yourself. I listen intuitively, tuning in to what matters most to you and help you access your inner wisdom. This guides you toward a way of being that feels authentic, whether expressed outwardly, or quietly held as inner strength.

Therapy is less about fixing what’s “wrong” and more about exploring who you truly are. Being witnessed, accepted and related to as yourself is profoundly healing, helping you reconnect with your body, mind, spirit and navigate the world in a way that feels aligned and grounded.
